Fraggles!  How could I possibly resist trying these when I get nostaglic over the mere mention of the characters?

Scent Name:  Boober

Manufacturer: Black Phoneix Alchemy Lab – Fraggle Rock

Scent Description and Notes: “According to Boober Fraggle, there are only two things certain in this world: death and laundry. Boober is terrified by the former and fascinated by the latter. He is also paranoid and superstitious. According to Boober, anything that can go wrong surely will, and when it does, it will inevitably happen to him.

A fretfully clean scent: freshly-washed laundry, linden blossom, soap suds, and a sprinkle of vanilla. -BPAL

Oil Color: A slightly yellow tinged, nearly colorless liquid.

Bottle Design and Artwork: This is a standard vial / imp size (1/32 oz). This is a decant I ordered from turtlejean.  On the back, she included the notes of the scent in large font as well as the abbreviations of the company, the title of the scent, the date, and her name.  The front simply features the bottle art, which is Boober contemplating his neck tie with the name of the scent in light green block letters above him.

  • ITI:  It is a very clean scent.  It reminds me of Downy for some reason; however, this is far prettier. The linden blossom with the vanilla make it feminine while still having that “freshly washed” association.
  • Wet:  Similar to ITI, but much more vanilla and a little bit of hard olive-oil based soap with oatmeal.
  • Dry: After 8 hours and some time in front of a furnace,  only light linden blossom remains

Other Impressions: Tony said that it reads as somewhat of a masculine scent, but the herbiness and powderiness keeps it from being completely so.
