Scent Name: Elixir IX: TKO
Manufacturer: Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab – Panacea: Elixir IX
Scent Description and Notes: “Many things — such as loving, going to sleep, or behaving unaffectedly — are done worst when we try hardest to do them.”” -BPAL
Oil Color: A bright green-ish yellow.
Bottle Design and Artwork: This is a standard vial / imp size (1/32 oz). This is a decant from ralenth. On the back, she has the notes of the scent. The side features her decanting name while the front has the company acronym, collection, title of scent, and image. The image is of line-drawn cartoon cat sleeping contently.
- ITI: Vanilla, spun sugar, nutmeg, and either dried lavender or eucalyptus. It’s soothing and enticing thanks to the vanilla.
- Wet: Vanilla-spun sugar underneath eucalyptus, fresh lavender, and faint lemon, I think.
- Dry: As it starts to dry, it takes on a slightly medicinal quality. However, it still maintains a lovely softness from the vanilla and sugar. I can see why this would help someone fall asleep.
Other Impressions: “Mmm, that’s quite nice. It smells a little bit like Curve, but a feminine verse. And curve is awesome, so that’s pretty f*ing awesome. I would not mind you smelling like that. It smells good.”
