Oil Color: An antique, rose-y looking oil.
Bottle Design and Artwork: This is a standard 1/32 ml imp that has been decanted for me by Yowahoshihime. Her label features the scent notes and her decanter information on the back. The front has the name of the scent and company name along with the label art, which is as follows:
- ITI: I hard a hard time smelling this, even in the imp. However, once I pulled out the wand, I was able to pick up on heavy birch tar and patchouli. This scent has a roundness to it. However, I’m not getting any of the frankincense or much of the styrax, which is a shame.
- Wet: Ah, there’s the styrax, almost cherry-like, bathed in warm frankincense. The patchouli exists faintly along the bottom of the notes while oakmoss combined with the other notes adds a bitterness to the scent as it starts to settle.
- Dry: This is one of those scents that disappears on my skin after a normal work day. After 10 hours, all that’s left is a musky, sweet tone, which is pleasant enough.
Other Impressions: This reminds me of a warmer, more resinous, and slightly sweeter version of BPAL’s Deathrocker.
