Champaca blossom, bourbon vanilla, pink pepper, and green tea.” -https://blackphoenixalchemylab.com/shop/winter-collection/sweet-sixteen/injured-dickchest-alchemy-lab/
Oil Color: The color of diluted marigolds.
Bottle Design and Artwork: This is a standard 1/32 ml imp that has been decanted for me by Yowahoshihime. Her label features the scent notes and her decanter information on the back. The front has the name of the scent and company name along with the label art, which looks like a dog-faced person whose head is turned to the right, hair splayed, arms wide open. The belly features an uncircumcised phallus and it’s right left side has two arrows sticking out of if.
- ITI: Stately champaca blossom and green tea make this scent seem a little severe. While I know it isn’t in there, a lemon or lemon verbena seems infused into the green tea, sprinkled with subtle pepper.
- Wet: At first, it’s much more of a soft, watery essence of chapmaca and clear, cool green tea on my skin. I was not prepared for that shift! I’m still getting pink-pepper tinged edges with a bit of sharp but refreshing citrus. The bourbon vanilla is still absent at this point, but the rest of the notes are so interesting that I’m not really missing it.
- Dry: As it dries, the champaca flower blooms beautifully, confident, and glorious set against the shadow of pepper, uplifted by green tea in the far distance. I love how this shifts and develops. I may need to consider more of this scent.
Other Impressions: “It’s like rose, caramel, buttercream.” -Tony
