Scent Name: Sip of Glass
Manufacturer: Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab – The Singularity
Scent Description and Notes: “Cheers! Shards of white musk and brittle white olibanum glinting with muguet, Riesling grapes, ambergris accord, and elemi.“ -https://blackphoenixalchemylab.com/shop/spring-collection/the-singularity/sip-of-glass-perfume-oil/
Oil Color: The color of freshly squeezed Riesling grapes.
Bottle Design and Artwork: This is a standard 1/32 ml imp that has been decanted for me by Absinthetics. Her label features the scent notes on the back along with her decanting information and the scent name. The label art is as follows on the front:
- ITI: Sharp and glass-like, this scent certainly does cut through. It’s bright white muguet and lemony elemi on top of brisk Riesling grapes softened with olibanum and a hint of musk.
- Wet: Elemi and muguet still sparkle and dance supreme while olibanum lightly tempers the edges of the brighter, shriller notes atop the champagne note. It reminds me of a nicer, champagne version of a Glade air freshener from the late 80s.
- Dry: Light mugeut and elemi sweetened with grapes over a hint of ambergris and olibanum. It’s not so sharp at this point, about whim I’m pleased.
Other Impressions: None.
