Oil Color: A brilliant polished copper colored oil.

Bottle Design and Artwork: This is a standard vial / imp size (1/32 oz).  The label wrapped around the bottle features an Art-Deco inspired phoenix with name of the company next to the phoenix. On the other side, the title of the scent written in large, clear black font outlined with red on the front.


  • ITI: Hmm, it smells like an amber cologne with a touch of  dry wood in the imp. There’s certainly the impression of warmth to this one.
  • Wet: Yes, there’s definitely wood in here, specifically mahogany I think, with some amber cologne and perhaps some faded ground ginger or even a dash of pepper below that.
  • Dry: After 7 hours, there’s only a whisper of a warm, faded wood musk with a touch of spice.  I would have expected this to have more staying power, but it looks like it peters would around the 3 hours mark on my skin. Upon reapplication and 30 minute dry-time, I’m picking up a burnt wood creosote-like note, although the mahogany and amber cologne are still present just underneath.  It’s interesting and I think I like it, but I imagine this would be amazing on my husband.
