Bottle Design and Artwork: This is a standard 5ml brown bottle from Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab. The label features the name of the company in small white bold block font shadowed in black along the bottom of the label. The scent name is a larger version of the same font above that. The label art is as featured below:
- ITB: Oh, that is soft, sweet, and lovely, like a light peachy breeze gently ruffling through cherry blossom-festooned branches. What I wasn’t expecting was a note that is coming off as lightly milk chocolate-y with a hint of frankincense incense.
- Wet: Creamy, soft, delicately pale pink sakura nestled against aromatic and tender peach (less blossom and more flesh), surrounded by a gentle impression of wafting incense along the bottom. I’m not picking up a whole lot of neroli or cedarwood. This honestly reminds me of a scent I might find at Victoria’s Secret, but without the screechy alcohol. It’s soft, sheer, delicate, and alluringly feminine. To my mind, the scent is negligee personified.
- Dry: The hiba wood warms, adding a delightful warm just below the sweetly gossamer sakura petals and peach blossom turned to frankincense-adored peach flesh, a strength the scent I think needed to support the delicate top notes and a warmth that appeals to me as it keeps the scent from being overwhelmingly pink. While still very much frilled peach and sakura blossom sweetness fringed with frankincense after 5 hours, the sweetness has settled enough with just a whisper of wood to be more appealing for me personally.
Other Impressions:”What is Nordstrom’s perfume counter sold hand soap? That’s what this smells like. It’s not explicit, but explicitly girly or feminine. ” -Tony
