Scent Name: Zip Line
Manufacturer: Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab – BPTP: Lilith 2017
Scent Description and Notes: “My Danger Baby loves to do crazy things and for some reason, I am always chosen to accompany her on these adventures.
(Editors note: its because her mother possesses an actual survival instinct.)
At the Renaissance Faire, we rode the zip line. and lets just say that it rode up a bit on my naughty bits. As we stepped off the ledge, I screamed MY BALLS, and Lilith thought it was soooooo funny.
Brown leather and bourbon vanilla with honeyed oudh and cinnamon buns.“ -BPAL.org
Oil Color: A lightly steeped chamomile tea color.
Bottle Design and Artwork: This is a standard 1/32 ml imp that has been decanted for me by Absinthetics. Her label features the scent notes on the back along with her decanting information and the scent name. The label art on the imp is the same that appears on the bottle.
- ITI: It smells like the Ren Fair in the middle of summer to me – warm cinnamon buns, a strong hint of rawhide and brown leather, and a splash of honeyed bourbon vanilla.
- Wet: That’s some strong bourbon vanilla and cinnamon bun notes there. It skews rather foody before the leather and oudh step in and ground the scent while adding a touch of sweetened resin.
- Dry: After 8 hours, the scent settled down into a resinous bourbon honey cloud tinged with the scent of cinnamon faded by time. I like it much better at this point.
Other Impressions: None.
