- ITI: I’m surprised by how clean this is. It reminds me of steam baths in Japan. The oakmoss and the fir needles create a sense of forested atmosphere, yet it’s so clean and almost curated. The soil, which feels more potting than loamy earth, flits in and out of top and bottom note positions. Honestly, I would adore this as a bath bomb or a room spray.
- Wet: There’s a hint of sweetness here that I wasn’t expecting, but the combination of the three earthy notes still reads as clean, meditative, and calming. I do notice a bit of soapiness as it starts to dry, so we’ll see how this develops.
- Dry: This doesn’t last terribly long. It fades to a vague, round, earthy musk each time I return to the computer to write. .
Other Impressions: “It smells like somebody was slinging fabric softener around a flower shop.” -Tony
