Scent Name: Buck Moon
Manufacturer: Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab – A Little Lunacy 2019
Scent Description and Notes: “This Full Moon marks the time of the year when the new antlers of buck deer emerge from their foreheads, coated in soft velvet. This is a time of vigor, thunder, balmy nights, glorious sunlight and hot winds.
Buck Moon is an animalistic, deep scent: an amplification of one’s natural musk coupled with forest herbs, pine pitch, cedar berries, dew-kissed juniper, deer fur, a hint of clear, warm evening air and a crystalline spark of lunar oil.” -https://blackphoenixalchemylab.com/shop/in-memoriam/a-little-lunacy/buck-moon-2019-perfume-oil/
Oil Color: A clear buttery yellow colored oil.
Bottle Design and Artwork: This is a standard vial / imp size (1/32 oz). This is a decant from Yowahoshihime. On the back, she has the notes of the scent and her decanting name. The front of the label has an image of the label art like below:
- ITI: Oh, that’s lovely. It reminds me of forest, cool, clear, and dew flecked hours before dawn. Ther skin musk and cedar berries sweeten the scent just a touch while the forest herbs, lightly silvered lunar oils, and juniper create a blessed sense of serenity.
- Wet: It remains exactly the same on my skin. Oh, I’m regretting not getting a bottle of this when I could.
- Dry: Wow, that shifts. I’m getting much of a scent that reminds me of a sun-dappled forest floor than pre-dawn woods. What a lovely combination of downy fur, skin musk, faded lunar oils nestled against forest herbs, a breath of pine, and cedar berries. Brilliant.
Other Impressions: None.
