Bottle Design and Artwork: This is a standard vial / imp size (1/32 oz) that has been decanted from Ajevie. The label features the year and the scent name in stylized large black font with the perfume company name in a more normal and smaller black font underneath it. The back of the label has the scent notes in small black font, while the spine of the label features the name of the company and year in burgundy and red font. The bottle appears as follows:
Scent:
- ITI: I’m getting a woody pipe tobacco and scuffed leather with something that reads vaguely like a peppered mesquite at the back. Interesting, but I’m not sure why I’m getting pepper.
- Wet: It’s creamier and more fragrant on the skin, a beautiful vanillic pepper infused with trails of sweet tobacco with a thin rivulet of ink’s tanginess over sweet, rounded woods. Enjoyable and accessible.
- Dry: After 2 hours, I’m impressed by the beautifully scented woods over sweet, fruity, pipe tobacco and rubbed leather. There’s a powdery, almost amber tone to the vanillic paper with just the thinnest impression of inky tang at the very back of the inhalation.
Other Impressions: [Wet] “Pleather peppercorns with a little bit of strawberry. But it’s just at the end with a little fruity sour note. Don’t get me wrong – it’s like 98% the other notes.” -Tony
